Quality is good. Seems to be sturdy and a bit heavy. Doesn’t give out loud noises when using. Overall, am happy with the item.

The product is very nice and stylish in look and build quality. It works very well and the interface with my laptop is very good with literally no drag.Would recommend the product

The keys are not responsive. A few keys I have to hard press them to actually work. It has been barely 3 months since I purchased this product. Not satisfied with the overall quality of the product. Maybe, I was sold a defective piece. I will give it a single star only. If I had a choice, I would give 1/2 a star. Disappointed.

Reasonable. But the space bar is unreliable and frequently doesn’t respond, making it very frustrating having to repeatedly backspace and repeat.

Edited: I faced the below issues but I not only changed the battery from a generic one to a brand name battery, the mouse started to work perfectly.Aesthetically great but not functionality wise - the mouse keeps lagging and I have to keep reconnecting it.

I bought this keyboard and mouse on October 29. The mouse stopped connecting after two weeks of use. Now it doesn’t work at all. Today is November 13, and the keyboard has also started disconnecting. I tried changing the batteries, but it doesn’t help. Very poor product, I do not recommend it.((((

Because of the current situation, I need to work from home for quite a long period thus was looking out for a good keyboard and mouse set so to work more efficiently. I have been using this set for a week already, no issues so far and thinking to leave a review for those who are also looking out to buy the keyboard and mouse set.I ordered this set and it arrived in 2 days in very good packaging. The setup process is very easy, only one usb receiver is needed and you can use both mouse and the keyboard. I am using a WINDOWS 10 machine, no driver needs to be installed. After plug in the usb receiver and in about 2-3 mins, I am able to use the mouse and keyboard. Very convenient for people whose laptop is short of usb port.Both of the keyboard and the mouse are light weighted, but not too light to slide easily on my table. They all take AA batteries, 2 for keyboard and 1 for the mouse. You don't need a mouse pad to use it together with the mouse, it can slide easily around the tabletop.The keyboard is very sleek and pretty, giving you a well-made look & feel. The sound of the keyboard is just nice, not too loud. The color on the keyboard is silver for the base and white for the key. The keyboard has a number pad also.I would recommend this set and overall i am happy about this purchase.

This keyboard and mouse were so easy to set up. Take it out the box, whack in some batteries, flick them on, plug in the usb receiver and bam, it's working!Home working on my notebooks keyboard game me neck ache so I needed to invest in something wireless and erganomic so I could sit up straighter and use a monitor. And I needed something that was good value. This was a perfect fit for me. Soft touch keyboard and a reactive mouse. I can move 10 metres away and they still work!The keyboard is about as wide as the notebooks keypad but it also has a numberpad for those numbers days, making it a bit wider.I like the feel of both and they dont feel cheap. The mouse is a little light, but I soon settled into using it. The keyboard is responsive and there is minimal, if any, lag.I would highly recomend this set.

I ordered my USB receiver because my previous one that came with my keyboard and mouse had been misplaced. When I initially searched for it online I was u able to find it. But then I found the email address for the customer service department and I sent them an email. I was pleasantly surprised when they emailed me back within two hours, with the link for the replacement and instructions on how to set it up once it arrived. The item arrived and it worked right out of the box, no setup was required. I’m still impressed when I receive excellent customer service , they were on point.

I've had this mouse and keyboard set for about a month now and initially, I really liked it. I even had a friend who bought the same one and complained about it and I told her I didn't have any of the issues she did. Well, I spoke too soon.I love how neat this keyboard is and I love all of the color options but this set LAGS. The mouse will just straight up freeze to the point where I have to turn it off and on a few times and slowly the keyboard has been starting to do the same thing. It probably wouldn't bother me but I'm a writer by profession so I am typing literally all day. At least a few times an hour I have to stop and turn the keyboard on and off to try and get it to work smoothly. I'm surprised I was able to type all of this without having to do so!Anyway, it's a decent and good price product but just be warned if you're easily frustrated. There is lag and the only way to get rid of it seems a good ole' fashioned reboot.UPDATE: We are now at a month later and the keyboard just straight up doesn't workUPDATE: Seller offered me a refund but after swapping out my adapter, it seems to be working now!
