Good prouduct, directions are very weak, even the video! When setting the digital code they neglect to include that you need to leave the key in the lock if using 6 or more digits! After that setting finger prints is easy.

Safes are ok. Combination is supposed to be between 5 and 15 numbers. Doesn't accept more than five. Can't do fingerprints without first doing the combination. Took a long time and several tries to figure out that it doesn't accept more than five numbers. After that finger prints went very quick. Seem solid and looks like a good safe. Customer service is nonexistent so don't bother emailing.

This hand gun safe is a little bit heavier than I expected, maybe because it is more safe. There are three ways to open this case: keys, fingerprint, and password. They all effective. I set up two fingerprints and it says I can set up up to 30. Very good item and fast shipping as well.
