I read reviews like everyone else, and inevitably there are bad, even nightmarish reviews on all products. I don't do a ton of reviews, but I was so impressed with this product, that I thought I should relate my experience. I'll stick to the facts:*The packaging was adequate. No damage, or close to damage, in my case.*All the required parts were included. There was nothing missing. They included a few extra's that were even labeled as "extra".. a nice touch.*All the screws, hardware, components, etc. were clearly labeled.*The instructions were typical of any assembly type product. You have to orient the parts >exactly< as they are in the pictures during assembly,,, I use a magnifying glass to get all the details.*The assembly went smoothly,,, all the parts fit well together, and everything lined up. The only (minor) glitch I had was the file holder rods.. they are designed to screw into the drawer fronts. 2 of 4 rods could not be hand tightened. I had to use a pliers to turn them in.*The end product is very attractive, and functional.*I worked on the file cabinet part of 2 days, but I would estimate as others have about 2 hours, maybe a little more. But no frustrations during the process IF you follow the steps precisely.I have done quite a few assemblies like this over the years, and I'm very familiar with how these types of products are put together. That certainly helped. I once had a desk that took me the better part of 2 days to put together, (and did have some frustrations with it) that desk was a significant challenge,,, comparatively, this file cabinet was on the easier end of the scale to put together. At the end of the day, this is a sharp looking, very functional file cabinet. Lastly, no, I did not receive any promo's, or any other incentives on this. Just an everyday person sharing my experience.

Very solid, easy to assemble, very pretty color. wheels work well. I would definitely order again. Includes a screw driver, 2 wrenches, and a bag of spare screws in case you drop one.

Problem solved: With another set of eyes, we figured out that I had the tracks on the opposite direction than intended. Once I flipped them around the drawers went in perfectly. This looks like a common problem as a number of 1 star reviews said the same thing as below. The wheels still go in the back but the track goes over the corner of the drawer and not under it. After digging online, I found an email address and messaged them about the problem and then that I found the solution and recommended that they clarify their instructions. They responded and thanked me for my input. So I’m changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars. It’s a sturdy file cabinet and looks very nice. Their instructions for putting it together were great except for the wheel track part towards the end. That with the difficulty in actually trying to contact them is costing them 1 star only in my opinion.Original post: I put the thing together using their very easy to read and follow instructions. I triple checked my construction and everything matches the pictures but the drawers will not go in the tracks. Especially the top drawer. I think maybe the pre drilled holes are in the wrong place because the back of the drawer is too tall to get the rollers aligned to slide into the tracks. The bottom drawer keeps popping out of the track on the right side. I think this one is a lemon… On top of that there is no number to contact them in the instructions and the only number online is in China. They have a facility in California but no phone number! Not sure what to do. I want to fix this one so I can use it.

I’m updating the pictures to show that the assembly pieces are now better packed, the little screwdriver is more sturdy, and I ordered a different color this time.Aug- 2024: After months of reading mixed reviews, I finally decided to buy this filing cabinet. My desk was cluttered, and I needed something to organize it.The cabinet arrived in good condition, and I appreciate that the Amazon delivery driver handled it with care.Assembly was fairly easy and took about an hour. I recommend laying out all the pieces in order before starting and only taking out the screws and bolts as you need them.Overall, I’m satisfied with the product. It’s not the most durable, but if treated with care, it should last a couple of years. Most importantly, it does the job of keeping my desk organized.

Really like it, it's cute, it’s the perfect size for under my desk, holds a lot of folders to keep me organized and was pretty easy to assemble. It just took some time to put together because there are a lot of screws. You have the option to add the wheels on the bottom for easy moveable access or not, I opted for them on and it moves with ease. There isn’t a lock which kind of stinks but I didn’t really need one so for the lower price, I decided to go without the lock. Definitely recommend this! Shipping was quick, package came and wasn’t damaged, it was protected and very well packed. Will buy from them again!

Didn’t realize it was not metal but wood. But it looks great, feels sturdy, and provides good storage. It comes with extra nails and brackets just in case. Functions well.

The screwdriver broke halfway through construction, the instructions listed the wrong part number . The cabinet is good quality

File cabinet was really easy to assemble with the exception of the holes for the small screws. They were not drilled, just marked and it was really difficult to screw them (about 30) in.The instructions for assembly and all of the parts were clearly identified.The finished product is sturdy and and pleasing to the eye.

Excelente calidad por lo que pagas, me tarde 3 horas en armarlo pero fue muy fácil siguiendo el instructivo. Lo único malo es que los cajones quedan un poco descuadrados pero casi no se nota. Puedes acomodar los tubitos para tamaño carta y oficio.

This filing cabinet was extremely easy to assemble. The instructions were clear and they even provided one extra hardware item.It is sturdy and the drawer mechanism operates smoothly.Nice exterior finish.
