Rust-Oleum Stops Rust Automotive Enamel Spray Paint, Gloss Clear

This stuff is great! I have a 2018 Hyundai Sonata that is white that came with the defective paint from the factory. I was tired of riding in a car that looked terrible with paint chipping off so I taped off my car, sanded it and then used this paint to touch up the paint loss areas. That was 3 months ago and this paint is STILL holding STRONG! It sprays well and is easy to apply. Photos show before and after

I used it to paint a very bad worn hood from exposure to the environment. I suggest using a polish compound or some sort of polishing cream to remove the oxidation. Wipe it, then paint. It came out very good. Upon a 2nd coat, I learned to move slower and smooth across the hood. Was pretty good. Its not a body shop paint but acceptable

Used this to cover up some rust spots, super easy to apply and it dried faster than I expected. The gloss finish looked clean and has held up well after a couple of rainy days. It’s not a perfect color match to factory white, but close enough for what I needed. For small jobs and touch-ups, this stuff does exactly what it says. Would buy again.

I got this to touch up some scratches on my car,on small spots works awesome the clear coat blended almost perfect to the orginal clear coat you would really have to look closely to notice the difference but when I used it to clear coat the whole hood of my car one can was not enough but it did make a big difference so I ordered more I think a few more coats will work good just like it did on the small areas I used it on . I used this stuff before on a different part of the same car and the paint still looks great after 5 years.

Used a few cans to paint my car's hood, and the final can randomly sprayed out a grey speckling, ruining the paint job. I had to sand off all the clear coat, and buy new cans of a different product which worked much better. Called Rust-Oleum and gave them a chance to at the minimum refund the cans I used before posting this review, but they said they would only refund the one can, and after ruining my car hood's paint job are sending me less than $10 as a refund. Terrible product, terrible customer service, look for a different 2k clear coat like something from SprayMax. Edit: After showing this review, Rustoleum refunded full cost of paint. Updating review to 3 stars.

I have applied it on metal and provided satisfaction. I tried it on the plastic headlight, it resulted in the distortion of brightness. (I will test to brush it with compound and will update the final results on plastic)

Gloss cherry red is written in description & it is of Racing red colour..... And it says 10 days Return guarantee and now it says not eligible for return........
