This was a great mirror, it was just slightly bigger than I expected for my room. Nothing wrong with the product itself, I just changed my mind about it.

This was a birthday present for my daughter and was bought a couple of months in advance so the returns date had elapsed. Unfortunately, the touch screen didn't work properly, so I contacted the company and provided a few details and a short video showing the problem. Within 4 days, I had a replacement delivered which works perfectly. The mirror is just what my daughter wanted and the customer service is excellent, great communication throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

I bought a similar mirror from Luxfurni over a year ago for my daughter, my wife liked it so much that I decided to buy her a bigger version for her own dressing table – she absolutely loves it!The touch controls are very intuitive and the lights are bright enough to assist when applying makeup, but not too bright that it’ll wake me up on a morning or be too obtrusive.She doesn’t bother turning it off when she’s done, as it has an “auto-off” feature which turns the lights off just a few minutes after she’s finished sorting her face out, a feature she appreciates.

The media could not be loaded.  I had a few mirrors in my basket for a while debating which one to get... I've heard good and bad things about these mirrors with the lights etc. I am over the moon with this mirror. It's absolutely stunning, alot bigger than I expected also... I can't stop looking at it. So worth the money and so glad I choose to purchase the mirror from you!! Thank you

I didn’t realise there was no plug supplied with the product (maybe it states that in the description and I missed it?). A bit annoying having to then go and buy a plug.

Firstly arrived damaged secondly not as shown in pictures lights are very small being returned for full refund

I absolutely love this mirror, it sits so beautiful on my dressing table. It’s so easy to assemble and the lights around it is just perfect lighting to do your makeup.It has three different light settings to suit your needs.I would definitely recommend this mirror, it’s value for money, looks beautiful and perfect lighting for makeup.

I was so delighted with this mirror. It was well packed so not to damage the mirror. It had a lovely written note in it in a beautiful envelope which i thought was so nice. It is so easy to assemble and is stunning . The lights have a few settings so different brightnesses . I would 100% recommend this purchase. From excellent delivery to high quality purchase .
