R1 Concepts Front and Rear Brakes and Rotors| Hardware Included| Front and Rear Ceramic Brake Pads and Rotors Kit| Fits 2003-2005 INFINITI G35, Nissan 350Z

Thought I found something good given the good reviews behind the company from a couple of Z owners, but I also heard an equal amount of questionable reviews and now know the latter to be true. This set is crap, I'm not sure if it's the rotors themselves or the pads, but after a few hundred miles, (after having them professionally installed at 2 different well-rated and trusted shops,) after driving a bit they'll squeak something fierce and it's the loudest most annoying sound. Given it couldn't be the installation work, the only culprit left is the product itself and it's a problem I saw several others have with the product.Don't do what I did and buy cheap, just put the money into a good set of pads and rotors like Stoptech or Hawks, or you'll spend more retracing your steps like me.Edit: I may have just received faulty pads. The customer service was more than willing to help and I will update my review if the issue is fixed after replacing them.Edit 2: It wasn't the pads, these are just bad. Avoid and get something good.

I purchased these for my 2003 Infiniti G35 sedan - Have had them on for a month now, no problems whatsoever... stops on a dime, no noises, no problems installing - I did have to go to R1 Concepts website to order the brake pad hardware as they were not included, overall very happy with this purchase and performance.

When I placed my order, it said it would be delivered in a little over a week, I ended up receiving the set 2 days after I purchased it so service was amazing!!! The reason why I give this product 3 stars is because I got these rotors installed and did the break in process. During this process I had a closer look at my brakes and noticed the rotors were smaller than the rotors I needed for my 2005 G35 Coupe (without Brembo Brake Package). The pads were hanging over the edge of the rotor and the front pads were way too small so they weren’t even installed. My car stops but I’m sure this is a huge safety issue. Before my purchase I read comments to make sure it fit my vehicle and the name is even in the title. Not sure what went wrong, looks like I’ll continue shopping.

At first the pads were doing great. Two months down the line, they started making a little noise. Another month has gone by and I have a horrific sound when I brake, and I have so much brake dust that I find it hard to believe these are ceramic brake pads. I still have good stopping distance, but it sounds horrible. The rotors on the other hand do seem to be doing well though.

Well, at first the front pads they sent weren't the right ones (the only reason for the 4-star; other wise it would be a 5). Sooo, called the seller directly, and spoke with customer service, and they replaced the pads (and included new caliper clips) with 2-day shipping from CA to GA - no hassle. The tech said didn't have to worry about getting the other pads back to the seller. I even think they were an upgraded set!Materials are pretty solid, zinc finish seems pretty durable. Great stopping power and very smooth. My car now stops TWICE AS WELL AS OEM!!!!Just be sure to properly bed/break-in the new pads an rotors!
