Q: Will these strips provide accurate results for propylene glycol antifreeze?

Firstly, due to the colours of the test strips it will only work with certain colours of coolant. I know it will work with red and I think it will work with green. I've only used it with red ethylene glycol and it seemed to be accurate. However, the Robinair website says :Test strips for determination of Propylene or Ethylene Glycol concentration of Nitrite, pH, RA, and/or Molybdate, in cooling systems. One or more combination of tests may be present on the test strip.

Q: Do these strips work on organge coolant?

Oddly the online product description does not specify as to if these test strips are for ethylene glycol (green/toxic) or propylene glycol (orange/non-toxic) antifreeze solutions. I know these measure differently on a refractometer, but I do not know if it would be different on a test strip. The Ph will be the Ph regardless. Suggest you contact the manufacturer for clarification. Also suggest Amazon clarify this matter and list it in the product description.

Hi: they will work in most green coolants, and orange Dex cool but if your coolant is pink I do not think they are for OAT coolants.

Q: Will these work with Honda Blue fluid and Dexcool orange?

Dexcool for sure Honda coolant not sure .
