That Little Extra
This is an unexpected little treasure. I just pop it on in the morning when I sit down to work and my neck is still a little stiff from the night before or when I get done at the end of the day after too much computer or art time and again let it work its magic. It is super lightweight. One charge up last for several days even at two uses a day for 20 min a shot with heat. It kinda seems to hit that sweet spot where it can get me some relief and get me out of trouble before things get really serious. And there is no physical kneading like shiatsu, so there is not bruising and I don’t have to lay down or lean into it to use it. I just put it on and let it work.I have a tens unit that I use. I have small shiatsu next massagers. And I have a vibrational mat with heat. This gives maximum relief for the smallest amount of effort, weight, work, etc. It works like a tens unit for your neck with the bonus of some heat options. On a tens unit, different types of wave patterns feel different and work differently on your muscles and nerves - some stimulate one or the other and some run deeper than others. They help different things. This is easier, quicker, and a better contact for tens relief on my neck than busting out my tens unit, pads, and leads… plus it is always hard to reach back and stick the pads behind you. With this massage collar- you just put it on and you are good to go. Also, there are no sticky pad to use or replace and the unit falls into place nicely. I will always have use for my other massagers and tens, but for quick, easy, everyday, even-in-the-office relief - this thing is that little extra bit of awesome to make you and your day better.Notes: There is a button battery already in the remote and they give you a spare. It automatically comes on at a heat level 2 of 3. I find 1 is good, 2 starts getting too warm for me. They warn you to not up your level too high - this is important. I use tens a lot and have a pretty high tolerance threshold. I use a 3 (sometimes a 2 ) out of 16 on this (it comes on at 0). They have 2 sequences that use the built-in wave patterns - 1 and 2. #s 3-6 are individual wave pattern types. This thing has become a daily user for me - lightweight, user friendly, feels good, and so easy to just pop on and use for a neck relax and relief.

Good for relaxing the neck
The device is very easy to use. You put it on your neck, turn it on, then you turn on the remote and choose your heat level and duration, and the vibration pattern and intensity. It may take a few times of using it to remember which buttons do what, but it's easy to figure out once you get going.I typically go with the highest heat level for 30 minutes, and even then it feels warm at best. For the vibration, I prefer pattern 3, and usually use level 8.After letting it charge overnight, you would think it would give you at least a few sessions, but I've noticed that no matter how long it charges (1 night or 1 week) I can get one 30 minute session, and about 10 minutes into another before the low battery warning starts beeping at me. It keeps working, but it gives you 3 beeps every 5 seconds or so, right next to your right ear. Very annoying. It would be nice if you could temporarily silence that alarm.A couple recommendations I would make would be to give it another 5 - 10 degrees of heat at the highest setting, and make the heat pads adjustable so you could widen them some. The tension on the sides of my neck is much greater than along the spine.Overall, it's a decent product for the price. I haven't yet tried any of the more expensive options to be able to compare their effectiveness.

Great except….
Love this compared with the last two I purchased. Why? Because of the remote. The prior two were a button pattern to memorize on the band itself. Hard to get just right. Having a visible screen on the remote is great. Except it doesn’t have an on/off button. Auto off so off is not an issue but I never seem to be able to memorize the proper pattern of settings to have the final setting being the on mode. So I end up fiddling with it more than I would like to. Just keep the instructions handy or take your own notes and you’ll be fine. Neck size is great for me. One of my prior ones I had to give away because they were way too small.I would like to find the more than two pad versions in this cheaper price point.I have chronic neck problems. Huge muscle tension and this helps me not to take muscle relaxers as often. I also use a six hundred dollar neck traction device which is a hassle for me to setup less often as well.

Perfect For Notted up neck muscles. Heat works good. massage works Excellent.
For My knotted up injured neck muscles it is perfect. The different strength nodes with timing auto made it even more useful! Only complaint is the remote magnet didn't stick to neck unit. I had to baby sit the remote because the ONLY way to use it. When in pain and can't locate remote then too bad. As of now haven't used for couple months misplaced remote truly suffering without it being in my care routine. An very useful purchase. Sizes well around the neck stays fit. hands-free to use remote.

Great Product but there is a Learning Curve
This product works wonders on my neck. I have plates and screws there to correct an arthritis problem, but I still get serious pain at times. This handy device takes care of that pain with heat and electronic pulses. It took me a few days to really understand the remote control that operates the device. Word of warning: the heat sensors get extremely HOT. Be very cautious and start at the lowest number. Also, I didn't think the device was working at all until I re-read the instructions. You have to put a drop or two of water on the sensors and on your neck to insure contact. Once that's done, it works flawlessly.

Only one side works
It worked nicely for a few uses and then one broke so only one side works, but I can’t just move it around since it doesn’t really work on different areas.
