I was sceptical at first, would it really be ready to cook that quick, would it retain sufficient heat for the whole cooking time needed, what if i add more.Well all these were answered and all in a positive way. Yes its ready to cook in no time at all, it retained heat for ages, I added more and it worked well without crazily spiking the temperature and i used some wood with it which also worked real well. Excellent product.

I bought this to try out on my kettle bbq and was impressed. Used it on my kamado and it works even better, I get about 9hrs of cooking at 145C by filling the fire box 2/3. The only charcoal is use now.

This stuff is great, it’s very light so I find in my smoker it burn a little quicker than other brands but it’s quality stuff, also arrived in good order lots of big lumps and very little crushed at the bottom

Its excellent- good size and quality. Stays lot for longer then those quick light bags and less fumes. I will buy again.

These are a great lumpwood. Big chunks little dust and ash and burn great. I have tried many restaurant grade lumpwoods and these are the best used so for.

I bought this product because of it's green credentials. The positives are that the charcoal lights easily and burns nicely, HOWEVER, The charcoal burns very hot and very quickly leaving your actual cooking window down to literally minutes before the coals become too cool for anything other than close quarter marsh mellow melting. For a family of 4 I would expect a bag of this size to last around 8-10 bbq's. This bag barely made 3 bbq's because i was constantly having to top up the coals as they burned out too quickly. Perhaps this charcoal may be better suited for bbq's where the airflow is highly controlled, like a big green egg or the like. I wouldn't know because i don't own one. I have a Weber kettle 57cm which is better suited for longer burning coals or briquets.

si accende molto facilmente, ma brucia troppo, con troppa fiamma e quindi si consuma rapidamente prima di poter cominciare con la effettiva grigliata

Die Holzkohle ist wirklich der Hammer und mit Abstand die Beste, die ich bisher benutzt habe. Die Kohle brennt sehr heiß (top für Steaks, sind spitze geworden) aber auch sehr lange. Zu teurere Kohle aus dem Baumarkt kein Vergleich! Ich werde diese jetzt immer bestellen und freuen mich auf die Grillsaison!Klare Kaufempfehlung!!!

Brennt sehr gleichmäßig. Zum schluss leider einr menge Kohlestaub und kleine Bruchstücke.
