I AM HIS—HE IS MINE
The story is the first in the Mafia Billionaire Romance series, but reads well as a stand-alone and also can read out of order—because I am that person who missed the first three books in this series and have returned to them to catch up. I liked Bronson and Paige—the story had just the right amount of angst, mystery, suspense, romance, passion, dominance, and submission. Nothing felt over the top or copy-cat from other similar stories.Paige Silverman had an uneventful childhood with parents who never wanted to have children and never showed any care or concern—dumping her at the front door of a youth hostel with a fifty-dollar bill on her eighteenth birthday. She wasn't a troublesome child, made excellent grades, and luckily had a guidance counselor to assist her into classes to obtain her Medical Assistance Certificate. She finds a job immediately, at what she likes to call, Our Home. The one issue, Paige has a compulsion for shoplifting—not that she cares about what she steals and has a closet full of designer items. It is more a game than anything.Bronson Bachman is a man who expects loyalty and protects what is his—and that is the entire Bachman clan. He is one of the born Bachman—but doesn't treat anyone in the Brotherhood any differently—they are all held to the highest standards. He also owns the illustrious Bachman Jewelry Store. The plot will have Paige eyeing the most stunning and rare blue diamonds at Bachman's in the storefront window. She has never been in the store but decides that today is the day. The itch to steal takes over, and she lifts a beautiful butterfly necklace—but she is caught by none other than Bronson. He gives her two options, call the police or take his punishment."Use your imagination. What would a big strong man like me do with a naughty, naughty little girl who's been very, very bad? Hmm?"There is something about Paige that calls to Bronson. He will have her working at his store on Saturdays as part of her penance—her only day off at Our Home—but it will keep her from shoplifting. When she shows up for her first day, she is wearing a thin dress and no coat—and that sets him off and has them going to a high-end clothier and him purchasing her a coat. It doesn't take long for Paige to discover she enjoys working at Bachman's, helping the customers, and gaining and sense of fulfillment. She can pay and have things repaired at Our Home, making life better for her (since she lives there) and the elderly citizens she considers her family. When Paige announces she has a date that doesn't sit well with Bronson, he crashes the date, scares off the man, and takes charge. There is no way he will sit idly by and watch the girl he cares for date another man. But then, Paige has a crush on Bronson too."Nice is not what you want, though. Is it?" You want a man who's not very nice. One who will push you out of your comfort zone. One who will punish you. Make you beg. Make you cry. Own you."The story is the journey of Bronson and Paige, and it has its ups and downs. As they navigate a relationship, something Bronson never thought he would have, he learns that you can't force everything your way, no matter how wealthy you are. Paige needs stability, to know that she has security and that it is going to last. When he wants her to move in, she won't, and he doesn't understand why. Maybe the words of a wise woman will help him know Paige better. He learns that she will take a stand for those that matter to her and places herself last. The Bachman family is intense, passionate, loyal, and for life. For Paige to become one of them, it is a lifelong commitment. I love a happily ever after ending, and these two belong together with their sizzling chemistry. The story has multiple scenes of power exchange, explicit sex scenes, and mild daddy-little girl interaction."A little girl. A daddy who cares enough to make her behave."

Bronson’s Beauty
Well-written billionaire hotty meets impoverished beauty with all the Alpha-maleness and strong women of a good Mafia story. Not much evil, which was a refresher. On yeah, family, love, and SEX. Lol. Enjoy.

Not your normal mafia billionaire story - fantastic!!!
Bronson Bachman (great name) is the head of a crime family that steals from companies that are morally bankrupt and gives the money to those who suffered from the company's actions or those in need. He and his family are modern day Robin Hoods. This is a very original and interesting storyline! Paige Silverman is a good hearted medical assistant and kleptomaniac who meets Bronson when she shoplifts from his expensive store. She is smart and sassy; Bronson sees something in her worth saving. She agrees to be mentored by him, she will be punished for wrong doing. It reassembles a domestic discipline pact.I have to say, I love this book. The spankings are very entertaining, I never thought I would ever say that! They're a wonderful couple, made for each other. Bronson is the Man who is very correct and polite and never uses contractions! His way of talking defines him. Paige is funny and a great person, without any parental training. The whole book is super entertaining, it never drags. One of the most entertaining parts of the novel is when Paige turns into a bridezilla! She deserved what she got. After the tune up from Bronson, all the minutiae falls apart and she realizes why she is behaving badly. This novel also contains the best wedding ceremony I have ever read or witnessed. There are so many things happening in this book, you won't be bored for a minute! Wonderful love story!

Light spankin read
This book honestly ridiculous unrealistic. And yet funny thing is also ridiculously cute.I mean shes a thief. She steals all the high end dresses and not once ever caught? Then she stole a diamond necklace in one luxury diamond store, got caught and only got sexy spankin while she get to have the necklace and a job in addition?Like i said, its ridiculous un realistic. Yet cute on how the author write it.I cant explain exactly on how this cuteness happened. Its just...i cant stop smiling reading this book.Bronson is very uptight Dom. He is like this old english Duke who love to spank his maid. While Paige, she is a contradiction. I mean how can she be a clepto with expensive taste, reckless, and just asking for trouble with all her secret life style. And weirdly, i find her amusing. The steamy scenes not hot though. I dont find the spankin hot in this book.I'm just gonna say this book is fun n light read with ridiculous cuteness

Misogynistic
To be in this family, men have to control the women?! Ugh.Never a female dominant, never a man who might need some discipline? If the main characters have this dynamic, I can accept that, but this book is set in a community where all women enjoy being controlled and beaten. All women here must be willing to take it up the butt when he wants and be really happy about it.I just don’t like the strict gender roles. Kink is fine, but implying that women must be the ones being controlled (with beatings, plugs, and impromptu backdoor sex) is not okay with me.

A Thief & Criminal Family Head
Bronson by Shanna Handel features Bronson, a dominant and head of the Bachman criminal family, and Paige, a worker who steals a necklace from a resident at a nursing home. Bronson catchesPaige and punishes her instead of reporting the theft to the police. He becomes obsessed with her and she is strongly attracted to him. But will she stay with Bronson when she learns the truth about him. I recommend this dark romance with its passion and steamy attraction.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Everything ok.
This book was a quick easy read. It was ok. The characters were good and the storyline was ok. Everything was just ok.Paige started as a good character, but then she just didn’t develop. It was the same with Bronson. Their relationship started well, and I liked the spark at the beginning. Then it just carried on in the same. I felt the characters lacked that extra bit of depth that I like to see. I did enjoy seeing their relationship grow, but I just couldn’t get as invested as I usually would. The storyline was ok, although there didn’t seem to be much of one besides Bronson and Paiges relationship. We learn about the Bachman way which is very different, but that’s about it. Their treatment of women is different and a little old fashioned, but it worked between them. It’s described as a mafia romance, but I didn’t feel there was much mafia aspect to it.Overall, there’s not much I can really say about this book. It was an easy, quick read. Everything was ok, but it just lacked depth. I’d recommend it for a quick read, but I wouldn’t shout about it.Jessreviews.co.uk

Head of the Family
Hmmm...I struggled to connect to these two. I'm not sure what it was that I wanted more of but I felt like I was eating a great apple pie without ice cream. Bronson was almost there and her back story was just okay. I did enjoy their meet cute and his "handling of her kleptomania" and his sweet after care was lovely. I guess I wanted more of that...more of him caring after his discipline (like feed the girl, more holding while she cries, more smexiness). Despite the lack of actual intercourse, these two needed to talk more and not even about her need for his "type" of care, but about actual life...I wanted that part to play out, not just narrated. Good first book from this author for me.

NOT ENOUGH STARS!!!
Want to make a disclaimer first and foremost just in case the title or the "mafia" world turns people off not reading this book, but also to make sure those who like "mafia-style" books don't read this and think not to read this book. Although the title says "mafia" Bronson the male alpha lead is more like a "Robin Hood - taking back from the corrupt companies that steal from hard-working people, elderly living in nursing homes, pharmaceutical companies etc." He is indeed a criminal, he is indeed ruthless in his beliefs and protection of this "family," and he is 100% dominate who firmly believes in dishing out very hard spankings and other forms of discipline best suited to the behaviour. The way Ms. Handel wrote Bronson make him absolutely DELICIOUS!!!! Enter Paige, she works/lives at a nursing home that Bronson so happens to visit an older woman every day without their paths crossing. Paige, extremely faithful to each elderly patients care and well being, absolutely LOVES the more exceptional feminine articles like expensive shoes, purses and jewellery. Of course, on the salary of a nurse at a nursing home, she cannot afford such things, so she has developed a nasty habit of stealing such items. Here is where Bronson and Paige meet, she has just stolen a beautiful necklace and he, unsure of himself because of his over-powering and instant attraction to her, decides that punishing her is better than calling the police. The way their relationship develops, the turmoil, sexual tension, passion, heat, friction is brilliantly written by Ms. Handel; all of these expressions of emotions jump from the page. I could not put it down until I read from beginning to end TWICE! Please take the time to read this book, you won't be disappointed and like me, will discover one hell of an author!!!
