This product was recommended to me by my hairdresser. I use the other shampoo products from this line and happy with them. I tried this shampoo since we do have hard water that make my hair feel weighed down. It does clean well but it really is something I would not use for everyday because it is drying. It really is a clarifying shampoo. I was looking for a product that I could use regularly that would not strip my hair from all moisture. I am going back to my original formula and use this once a week. I gave one to my daughter in law and she has the same response.

This all natural ingredients shampoo was recommended by my stylist. A small dose goes a long way and can be used on color treated hair.

I forgot how much I love the scent of this shampoo and conditioner...I want to wash my hair every day. It also is a great shampoo and conditioner, but the scent is the biggest selling point for me

I have purchased this product from my stylist and used it for many years. I love the fragrance, the way it lathers, and always makes my hair soft and full. I saw the product on Amazon and decided to purchase the larger container. When I began to use it, there was no lather and it felt thick and heavy like a conditioner, not a shampoo. I used twice as much as usual feeling like my hair was not coming clean. After drying, my hair was not soft but heavy and flat. It took me a few months before I asked my stylist if she had any idea why the shampoo no longer lathered. Her thought was possibly the company changed the product so it would not lather. I called the company, explained the difference I was seeing, and asked if the product formula changed. I was told, no they did not change their formula and yes the product most definitely does lather. The customer service rep asked me where I purchased the shampoo. I responded Amazon. She said they do not sell their product to Amazon and I may have a knock off. I explained the container was exactly the same. She said the container may be the same but she had no idea what was in it. She then advised purchasing ONLY thru a hair salon or the company directly. I placed an order from the company at a lower cost than my purchase with amazon and the company included free shipping because of the virus. The shampoo arrived 2 days later via Federal Express. When I opened it, I immediately noticed the product was not the "thick" consistency I had. I tried it and YES! it is the original shampoo I used for years with a lot of lather and had an immediate softness back in my hair. Fearfully, I have absolutely no idea what I was using...........................

Product is properly packaged. Hair is very soft and hydrated. I do prefer using both Hydrate Shampoo and Conditioner together.
