Close to perfect
They just work great, they don't rid all mosquitoes but they make the majority stay away. I highly recommend

Good to go
Works as promised! I had about 10 on my back patio while I was trying to watch tv and within minutes of turning it on, they cleared out or fell and I was able to get them. Watching it work in real time was very satisfying because I should be able to enjoy time on my patio without worrying about them. I don’t know how long each of them last because I usually sit out for hours at a time but I do feel like they don’t last long enough. I’ll keep buying them though because they work so efficiently and I don’t have to worry about a harsh smell.

Expensive and not perfect, but offers some protection
Sipping a martini on my front porch in Atlanta can be impossible when the mosquitoes zero in on me. This product isn't perfect -- still need some repellent to keep the occasional mosquito at bay -- but it works well enough that I use it every summer evening. You have to remember to turn it off when you go inside or you'll burn through the costly little pod of repellent. But the pods last long enough to make the cost worthwhile. I've had this for two years now, and it's still working fine.

No Mosquitos
I live in Minnesota near a creek and it was a RAINY summer. At times the mosquitos were insane this year. Once you get the Thermacell fired up for a few minutes (it takes a minute to build a radius), no bites. Zero. Mosquitos love my girlfriend, even she's fine. These replacement carts are spendy, but last a lot longer than the 'sample' size that comes with the actual Thermacell. Sitting outside without getting eaten alive is PRICELESS.

Mosquitos love me, and I love this product
I’ve been trying to find something budget friendly to keep mosquitos away (they absolutely love me). When I use this, I get bit maybe once while being outside. We hung out outside for hours, and the battery held up well. There’s no smell, no mess, and it’s easy to take in and outside when we are/aren’t using it. I have had the machine a few months and it’s still working fabulously. I highly recommend this to keep the skeeters away!

Worked fine
I find it rather inconvenient to keep charging the Thermacell device for short periods of time and frankly the refueling cost is expensive. he first time I used this in my backyard patio described, I was very pleased with the outcome. We were not bothered by any mosquitoes. I ordered this 120 hour repellent refuel package but have not had a chance to try it again. Hopefully, it will work as before.

Buy this if you hate mosquitos but your family makes you go camping.
We do annual family camping trips, and TBH, I despise them mostly because I am so uncomfortable when I get there. I hate bugs and mosquito bites give me the most gnarly welts. They bite through leggings and some of my long-sleeved shirts. They can find any sliver of open exposed area on my body and go to town. I truly would be happier at home but I value family time so I become the bugs smorgasbord.I have tried just about every product imaginable to ward mosquitos off but they still find me. This Termacell device has so far been about the best thing I have found that actually works. I'm not sure how it does it or how toxic it is to be around but I set it on a bench about 5-6 ft away from me and I noticed I was able to enjoy the campfire hangout for hours without constantly swatting away bugs. Even my family members noticed fewer bugs and they were all inebriated! It certainly made the (usually miserable) camping trip more tolerable this year. I would definitely recommend it and I plan on bringing it with me on all our outdoor trips/picnics. I think there's also a version where you can hang off of your backpack, too - would probably be good for hikes (another thing I hate). Gosh, I might actually be fun to be around with again. One advice/comment - I have no idea what the blinking lights mean on the illuminated circle. It's supposed to tell you the battery life but it blinks weirdly even after we charged it overnight. My husband didn't pack the instructions and I didn't have internet to look it up. Not super intuitive regarding the battery life so we winged it. I saw the little stream of stem/smoke coming out of the top and that was my indicator that it was "on". I'd advise getting an additional longer-lasting cartridge and using a power bank to keep it going for as long as possible. Trust me, it's worth your sanity!
