False alerts and functionality not great, expected better
Receive a lot of false alerts, crib can only be positioned in the camera horizontally not vertically, video takes a while to load when opening the app, app/video/alerts often crash, cannot use sleep insights unless use the wall attachment… etc. I expected much better for the price.

Flashes blue light and wakes up my baby
Unfortunately I am disappointed with the product. It randomly restarts, causing the white noise to suddenly stop, flashes blue light (in a pitch black room), and then starts the noise again. It wakes me up, not to mention my baby. If not that flaw I would recommend it but unfortunately it is not acceptable that it wakes us randomly during the night.Now I am not sure what should it do, replacing it means we will be without the camera for few weeks which is not an option so I guess we are stuck with it for now...

One star because of its low quality stand
I’m really shocked that I purchased this stand two times and it gets wrecked everytime and the second time it got wrecked with no one touching it by falling on its side… BEWARE IT CAN FALL ON YOUR BABY’S HEAD ANYTIME WITHOUT ANY WARNING
