Must have for active cooks
Forget tupperware, this is good quality, and perfect for breaking, large salads (up to 12 servings easily -- maybe even 18), brining whole chickens, etc. A workhorse, easy to clean

Not sure it’s a real cambro
Oddly, the 12 Qt lid doesn’t fit on the 12 Qt cambro.

I have two of them.
I have two of them and I use one to store flour and proof my bread in the other. I have seen them being used by professionals on video, and I thought if they like them, I might! I do! They are easy to clean, sturdy and inexpensive!

Perfect for making bread
Nice and large for bread making. Easy to clean. Appears to be durable although I've only had mine a month and miraculously have not dropped it on the kitchen tile yet. If that happens, I'll update.
