It's worth it to buy the wires. You don't need to figure out what gauges to buy and what colors to buy. Just buy the kit and be done with it. It came with their sheet that recommends what color is for what.I bought 2 different size heat shrink wrap to keep them shielded. I ran all my inputs from the front in one shrink and I ran the outputs on another shrink.There is enough wire length

Yea its basically an over-price bundle of wires. But they are good quality and it saved me the headache of sourcing all the wires myself so I'm not mad about it.

The phots show it and say it, but understand that with this you do get one set of small (input) wires and larger gauge (output) wires. Awesome. You're paying for wires but also for the time you would have spent planning or sourcing one small but major part of building your new harness.

These cables are really nice and they are all the proper gauge that motogadget requires /suggests ,but honestly it's not really much more than wire. You could probably go to your local electrical supply (not HD / Lowes) and get the same cable for less money . Buy this if you want to look at the wiring guide that came with the M-Unit and not have to ask as many questions , also buy the M-button because it will make you life past the handlebars so much easier.
