I was hesitant to order from this seller due to some negative reviews (mentioning damaged foam, or foam cut short of the ordered length). But my project was forgiving, so I had gone ahead and ordered.Let me tell you, this foam is of excellent quality! It looks flawlessly, it's uniform, and it's indeed closed cell. No squished spots anywhere. The spongyness is great (hard to compress), and the recovery is just fine, but I haven't tested this foam under prolonged heavy compression.No damage during packaging or shipping, it's pristine! It was wrapped in bands of saran wrap, so it was easy to unpack. No sticky tape was used, so the surface wasn't damaged with glue residue.The cut edges are straight and uniform, with acceptable cleanness of the cut. It wasn't cut with scissors by a drunk person, as some reviews made me believe. I ordered 30 inches, and measured a notch over that, like a quarter inch. So, it wasn't cut short, as some reviews mentioned.

Just a tip, before adding a glue to stick this onto something, use a little sandpaper to rough it up so it holds better

Very Pleased

I have ordered this product twice. With one roll I made a protector for my redwood console table so that it could be used during a party without fear of damage. (A nice runner cloth was placed over the foam.) But my table is 72" long so I had to duct-tape a shorter piece of foam to the 60-inch piece. I would have been much happier to simply order a 72-inch piece of foam! I am also using the foam to provide some insulation in my mini camper van, using contact cement to attach it to bare metal.

Not worth the money. Roll is A LOT smaller than the photo. Not near enough for what I need it for. I suggest you put a picture of the actual size so people aren't misguided.
