The product is pretty good and delicious but the glycemic index isn't as low as some others
If you're diabetic the glycemic index is of importance to you. It appears to me that there are other boiled red rice brands with better glycemic indices. For example, BigBasket's Royal Palakkad Matta Red Rice.If glycemic index / diabetes is not an issue then this rice is pretty good. Easier to cook than the others, delicious, and available all year round.

Ok ok
I used to buy this in local market which is more flavorable compared with this rice . Cost is also too high but as I have trust on Amazon and reading the positive reviews I ordered this. It's ok but could be better.
