Q: Is it stretchy? I have a big head lol

I returned it because it wasn’t stretchy enough and the Pom was a hard ball. Read my posted review about the hat. It’s for preteen or small head/hair women, in my opinion.

Q: Is the pom pom removable?

Yes, it is. There is two small strings on the inside that can be cut without ruining the hat. I have done it to two of them

Q: Can I machine wash this hat or just hand wash?

I have not attempted to wash it since it is very new. However, I would try to machine wash it in a mesh bag, cold water, gentle cycle and let it dry naturally.
