Very disapointed with this product
I purchased 2 units last september and installed the first unit. It was not stable so i did not installed the second one. Now the first unit is 100% unresponsive, i logged on the web support but when i describe the issue the system ask me to rephrase it. So i am stuck in a wild spin. I changed the batteries set alcaline ones very good quality. Nothing works.I have 25 users i do not want to reset from factory every month.I need to talk to a live person but it seems impossible.

Works pretty well, but assembled wrong
I used this with a HARFO HL99 PRO. I'm using this plate to cover the extra hole in my door which was intended for a deadbolt. As another reviewer mentioned, it fits pretty well with slight modification. You'll need to drill 1 hole through both plates using the template provided with the lock. It's thick steel, so you'll need a decent drill bit.The thing that bothers me about this product is it's assembly. Each of the two plates is cut out using a stamping process, which leaves a rounded edge on one side and a sharp edge on the other side. Generally, you'd want to assemble this with the sharp edge away from hands (towards the door). One of the plates works this way, but the other doesn't. The one that has the threaded stud on it has to have the stud inward towards the other plate for installation, but that means the sharp edge is towards a hand. I don't think this is a huge safety issue, but it's disappointing nonetheless.
