Goes together quite easily until you get to the last step
Goes together quite easily until you get to the last step, where you push it in hard like you're told to and the plastic piece on the slide rail breaks and you're left with a brand new piece of broken furniture that you haven't even had the pleasure to enjoy yet.UPDATELeft a private message on Sauder's Facebook page for them to have a rep call me. They did, and are sending replacement parts for the drawer. Moved from 1 to 3 stars, will update again.UPDATEPut together my matching end table today. Exact same issue. When you slide in the drawer, as the instructions say, it's hard to get in. It does not get any easier and it breaks parts of the outer slide rail that are mounted to the table. The slide table also sticks out about a half inch, it does not close flush. In speaking with the rep that called me about the previous table, she told me to make sure that the outer rails are mounted with the mounting screws flush with the rail or it will hinder the table from sliding properly. The screws do not go in to a point they are flush, they sit slightly above the surface of the rail. I turned them multiple times, plenty enough to make them get flush if they were able to. They just keep spinning in place. I have added pictures of the screws in as far as they will go and both tables showing that the slide in portion does not slide in flush. If you are expecting the slide in portion of the table to work properly, this might not be the end table set for you. I'm likely just going to scrap the whole idea of slide out drawers and simply glue the drawer ends to the table. Other than this issue, I really like the tables, the style looks great. I have the matching coffee table that went together with absolute ease.

Love it!!
I'm a 59 year old female and I tackled this project all by myself. It wasn't easy, but I got it done - it's a little off here and there -like the door on the right side doesn't line up perfectly and has a little space on the bottom, but not enough to bother me.Before you start though I highly recommend to buy some extra SUPPORT BRACKETS and FURNITURE SLIDERS. The piece is very heavy and the hardware they provided is not nearly enough to hold it together. I used an electric screwdriver to tighten everything real good, but it was to wobbly. Used about a dozen corner and support brackets in back and where you can't see them. It makes the piece very sturdy, I had an electric fireplace insert already and fits almost perfectly :-) I have the matching coffee and end table,I put together without a man also. Just fallow the instructions, take your time!,if you get frustrated - take a break. I had to redo a couple of pieces and took me over 6 hrs.

GREAT Piece for the money.
Took me about an hour to assemble. I am NOT good at these things, so I thought that was pretty good. The directions were fairly easy to follow as long as you pay attention. It's a good looking piece of furniture for the value. The slide table is working great.Things to know before purchase: the entire back piece is basically cardboard dyed to match the wood. For me its ok because it will go against a wall. But if this was going to be a piece visible from the back, I probably wouldn't have been happy with it. The door sticks a bit and there's a pretty good gap between the door and the inside edge when the door is closed--there are instructions on how to balance the door. I fooled with it for a while but was never able to completely close up the gap or fix the slight stick. It isn't the sturdiest piece--be careful picking it up to move after assembly. Again, for me (who doesn't have kids and will be gentle on the piece) I think it's fine.Bottom line, if it meets your needs. this is a GREAT piece for the price!!!

Solid and easy to assemble
I bought two of them for the living room. I'm certain my postman hates me now, because these things are heavy!Out of the box, I noticed how carefully packaged they were. Cardboard edging on the box corners and styrofoam inside made a solid package.Took about 30 minutes to assemble the first and about 15 for the second. It was simple, the diagrams were easy to understand, the writing is clear (and well edited) English, and there were no missing parts. There were even some extras of the more fragile hardware (like finishing nails). The wood is pressboard but very good quality. Once complete, there are no non-veneer edges facing outward. Even on the back of the table. The veneer is beautiful and does not scratch easily (my big dog kept walking across it trying to get me to play).Again, heavy. Have a friend help. :) 10/10 would recommend.

Crisp and rustic
Very nice, exactly like the picture. Assembly required but my husband didn’t mind. We bought the matching tv stand also, very reasonably priced. Not heavy duty but they look awesome and we’re pretty good with furniture so I think they’ll last a while.

Not cheaper on Prime Day
I bought two of these on Prime Day and paid about $84.00 each. We are buying a new home and our old decor just won't fit, both size wise and aesthetically. Me and my adult daughter put one together in about an hour and a half so not too bad. They seem sturdy and I'm not regretting the purchase but I look today and they are cheaper than when I bought them. I am a bit annoyed since I really thought Prime Day was supposed to save us money. I would recommend the product but watch the pricing as it seems to fluctuate often.

Could be made better.p
We’re keeping these because I bought them to match the entertainment center of the same set. That said I’m a little disappointed in their quality. There is a gap in the door, which is not attractive. Even though we bought coasters, slight moisture made the laminate start to bubble within 24 hours. The laminate on the edges do not meet up, making the light particle board underneath very visible against the dark laminate.Anyway, we have a toddler, an autistic daughter, and pets so we bought something cheap because they’ll probably get ruined over time, but still cheap looking fresh out of the box.

Great
They're great. I used wood glue on pretty much everything like I did with my matching entertainment stand and coffee table. I haven't had any issues with anything. If you treat it good like lifting it up instead of dragging it on carpet you won't have any issues. The only ones that seem to leave poor reviews are the ones that just don't take care of it and seem to think they can drag everything on carpet. Lino or hardwood different story slides no problem like most things. Like everything else treat it good it'll last forever treat it like crap won't last a week. One more thing I would like to mention is that someone/someone's mentioned not sure if it's the same person or persons about water warping or bubbling the end table and coffee table. I can confirm that, that's simply not true it's laminated not an actual wood and if anyone has had the most water spills on their table it has to be me from my 4yr old and my tables have no warping, bubbling or any other water damage at all. So not sure what they're talking about but they must think it's real wood. It looks real but you can tell it's a laminate.

Great!
I am enjoying my new end table. It matches my flooring nicely. On the smaller side though. Only problem for me was the assembly! It too me nearly 4 hours. I think the assembly put it into an overpriced bracket.

Good value for price
I use it in a small space, so it is the perfect side.great to have a coffee in the morning. It easily holds a lamp, a phone ,a clock and lots of space left to hold a cup or glass. The storage underneath is a great place to hide stuff...

Love This Side Table!
Took me forever to get this together but the instructions are simple enough and I now have an awesome, solid, functional end table! Worth the money in my opinion.
