Sturdy cord, no glitches or distorted picture. Just plug into the phone and you are good to go to project anything from the phone to the tv. The cord has a charger connection. You can use the cord without the charger hooked up, of course the phone battery will go down while in use. If you plug up the phone, it charges fully while in use and does not discharge the battery like other tv cords.

I'm giving this a 3 because I'm sure it works great if you have the right equipment. As my headline says PAY ATTENTION TO THE DETAILS. I bought this to use with my Samsung Galaxy Note 5, it doesn't support my phone, therefore it didn't work for me, I didn't pay attention to the details.However, some of the comments paint a worse picture. It does actually have a micro USB plug on the one end. I got mine to connect to the phone, but it is an incredibly tight fit, so be careful not to bend either the port on your phone, or the cord. This is great for someone who is always taking their charge with them or moving it around. It's made of durable and flexible material that will not break or rip fast. I thought the product was in genius but then it showed up in the mail... so i brought it home plugged it into my tv hooked up all the cords and boom nothing it took 4 hours to get it to finally connect i had to reset all the devices numerous times. When it finally worked it worked.

Although this says it is for use with an android micro usb, I was not able to get it to fit my phone. Yes I definitely know what type of cord much phone requires.

Bought this for a Samsung Tablet.Tab 3 10.1 P5210 Samsung Galaxy The description said it would work with this particular tablet. Nothing! Also tried on my Samsung S4.Nothing! Save your money.

Worked perfect for our event with a Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 9.7 tablet. Appeared to charge the tablet and present the mirroring on our TV booth. Worked great thanks.
