When I bought this laser it was easy to get it to work with NEJE SW, but there are limitations with the SW. The only flexibility I could see was by using Lightburn SW, which is 30 days trial and have to pay thereafter. I had problem initially using it with Lightburn, the laser would follow the shape being cut but the laser would not increase in power. After several email exchanges I was informed by NEJE customer support that they will send me a new mother board+daughter board and cables. I received the items in just over a week from China. On replacing the boards and the cables, the laser worked brilliantly with Lightburn. I am happy with it so far because now I have a laser that will work well with a flexible SW. I must say the customer support was excellent.

This seems to be a good piece of kit, asembly and setup was straightforward, however if you intend to use it with an iPad or iPhone the options are limited. Quite a lot of the features are not available, for example you can only use the included images or photographs from your device, no option to use text or drawing.

Update::::::;Unfortunately i had to return this because it developed the problem and it was out of stock so couldn't get it again. Laser itself isn't that bad but i think it's bit expensive for what you get. But seller and their customer service is really really good. I'm sure any problem they will fix it

The only drawback is the protection from the laser light. You get glasses provided but its easy to fire up without them on properly.Its not the most powerful laser but it can cut thin ply with a few passes. It seems to have a decent accuracy too. You get a lot of kit for the price.

Using for a few months now excessively.. doesnt fit cradle for gbrl 3014 but just ziptie it on and works great. Best money ever spent to upgrade the cnc.. reliable accurate and does the job

Fitted to 3018 pro swap the pwn to ground and the ground to pwn works well I'm using the power supply with the pwn coming from the mobo to the. LAaer control
