My Mrs doesn't like the taste at all. She tells it's like mud. But the effects it got is good.Milk production has increased a bit and the baby is having it sufficient.But as soon as the product is stopped, the milk production deteriorates to normal.So have to keep using it continuously.

Cannot comment on above categories of warmth thickness and value for money as I have tasted it once but I will definitely say it’s taste awful to that extent I had gag reflex... usually I tolerate worst taste but it has something which hinders in drinking...muddy consistency. I tasted it with milk.. cannot comment how it tastes with water.

I really wasted my money..it’s like mud ..sour taste .. I can’t even drink..mud particles irritating throat ..I had this 2 days..no change in milk supply.When something we are eating it should be at least palatable..just feel like am drinking some raw mud or sand..

this is not same as what it used to be. this turns gummy when mixed in hot milk. and i dont feel much effect on lactation.

Life saver for nursing moms. Ideal product with lots of health benifit.
