Picked up HIGH5 ZERO Electrolyte Tablets (with Vitamin C) and they’ve been brilliant to keep on hand. They taste great — light, refreshing, not overly salty or artificial — and dissolve quickly without leaving bits floating around. Much nicer than some electrolyte drinks that taste like diluted sea water. They’re also incredibly easy to carry. Just keep a tube in your bag, grab a bottle of water when you’re out and about, drop one in, and you’re sorted. No need to plan ahead or carry bulky drinks around. I’ve found them especially helpful when feeling ill, run down, or when a migraine/headache is brewing. Staying properly hydrated makes a noticeable difference, and these make it simple. No sugar overload either, which is a big plus. Five stars. Convenient, great tasting, and genuinely useful when you need them.

Out of the different flavours I’ve tried, this Strawberry & Kiwi version is definitely my favourite for taste. The tablets dissolve well, taste refreshing without being overly sweet, and are really easy to drink throughout the day. I’ve been using these regularly for hydration and general wellness, and they’ve become part of my daily routine. Overall, great tasting electrolyte tablets that make staying hydrated much easier.

Not a strong taste but it is refreshing.

Unlike other electrolyte drinks, they do not have a salty taste to them. They dissolve quickly, they taste like cordial and they work. Amazing for after a long shift at work, a hard work out or if you are metaphorically great for that too. We even have them on holiday with us. Would definitely recommend

I find it hard to enjoy water but these electrolytes are very tasty so its easy to hydrate with just 2 a day, I mix 1 tablet with 1L of water, but you can also mix in less water for stronger taste. They are more expensive in stores so this is great value for money. One tube can last me the whole week, sometimes more. I have less headaches since I take them

Great. Don't taste of much there is a hint of flavour but tastes okay.

Helped me get through a virus y keeping me hydrated when water wasn't doing the job, the kiwi/strawberry ones and the cherry ones are by far the nicer tasting
