I was totally inspired by the live online talks Phaidon held a few weeks back on their website. Especially by Flynn McGarry and his Beetroot dish. It was the main reason for buying the book.And I'm so glad I did, loads of wonderful ideas, techniques and fun stories.Highly recommended for any foodie out there

Everything one wants to know about great emerging chefs and their restaurants, across the world. Clearly laid out and including first rate photographs. I live in the Highlands only 16 miles from one of the restaurants, what a joy.
