Stacked with some of the racetams, you will notice much more mental clarity and focus during the day if you take this every day.

One of the best products I've used from an Athletic and Bodybuilding stand point. Not just that, but I'm confident I feel more motivated and focused. I gave myself 2 weeks off this stuff to make sure and I've now realised the difference this stuff actually makes. 2 a day at 600mg makes the optimal dosage of 1200mg. Perfect in every way and the cheapest option by far. It's not "Needed" but for someone like myself who struggles often with my waking life, supplements like these give a major boost!

Very good supplement and cheap (less than in other places and with free premium delivery) but when taken with food makes me struggle with my stomach, which is unusual in general.

My husband has mild dementia and is very forgetful so I am hoping this will perhaps slow down the progress of the disease.

Bewarw everyone that in the pictures with the nutritional info they do not mention how much of the serving is actually Alpha GPC, but when I got the package it was written on the label that it is only 50% Alpha GPC, meaning that from the 600mg recommended serving only 300mg of it is Alpha GPC. This is misleading since you would normally assume that the entire serving is Alpha GPC.
