First impressions - if weight is any indication of quality, this Spinnaker Mens 44mm Wreck Automatic 3 Hands Watch with Stainless Steel watch band SP-5089 shoudl be a great deal. On the other hand, at 6 oz, more than 1/3rd of a pound, it is very noticeable when wearing during even moderate physical activity. If the watchband isn't adjusted just right, you will get wear marks on your wrist. The stainless steel band has a nifty clasp and removing links to adjust fit is pretty standard, you just need the right size screwdriver.I discovered that although the watch was running with I received it, just setting the current time and date didn't mean it would autmatically keep good time. I wanted to see how accurate it was without any intervention and discovered, after 8 hours, the watch does indeed, need to be either wound or worn continuously for 8 hours. I'm on my second test, having would the watch manually, and, after 8 hours, is exactly in synch with my Galaxy S-22 Ultra that I use to set the time.I haven't had a chance to evaluate the depth of water proof, but it is water proof in the bathtub. Other than the excessive weight this seems to be a very good quality watch at a competitive price. With a two year warranty, it would be a 4.5 star rating if it performs as expected. But just too heavy of a timepiece for 5 stars
