The world is waking up to the fact that women need work clothes!
THANK YOU FOR MAKING A STRONG, WORK GLOVE THAT FITS A WOMAN'S SMALL HANDS! IF only carhartt and dickies could make consistently good fitting products for women who work with their hands! I have to wear men's dickies for painting work! I am in my early sixties and have more Dewalt tools than my husband - and he spent years as a union construction worker. (borrow MY tools, you better clean them and put every piece back in it's place!) I have small hands and finding good fitting leather gloves is difficult. THESE ARE PERFECT!!!!

Recommend especially for small hands
I gave 4 stars for durability, but am not sure about that yet. I’ve had the gloves about a month and have had good use of them, like them and will get another pair. The key thing about them for me was the size, and the price. I do not have large hands and really need almost a child size and even the womens size gloves are usually too long in the fingers. I have ordered and returns several pair trying to get ones that fit. And I’d already been to every hardware and gardening store in my area. Finally found luck with these gloves though. These fit great and I would recommend them to anyone who has need for a truly smaller size fit. And the price is great - I also did not want to spend a lot, even though after this pair, I’d they didn’t fit, I was going to have to. As I said - I’ll be getting another pair to have in hand bc they work for my needs. Used for: general outdoor work, chopping wood, cutting grass and carpentry and refinishing furniture work.

Durable
Good durable gloves, I use them almost every day.

Sturdy and Good for Using Garden Tools
These are great for using garden tools, but they are too bulky for activities that require dexterity, like pulling up weeds so carefully that the root comes out whole.

A Durable, Affordable Glove That Fits Well
I am a female with smallish hands who works hard on her acre of land. I was in search of a durable pair of gloves that fit me and could withstand the kind of hard work in which I engage. The colorful, frilly, feminine garden gloves for women were just not cutting it but finding gloves that would both fit well and withstand the kind of work I required, proved difficult. I am thrilled with the medium Wells Lamont Work Gloves! I did not want to write a review until they had been thoroughly tested and they have certainly passed the test over the last 8 months. The ĺ hours of shoveling, hoeing, picking, tilling, and working in the dirt. The gloves are flexible which helps greatly when gripping tools, carrying rocks, and grabbing piles of weeds and tree branches. This glove has outdone every kind of glove I have ever tried over the years. When/if I have to replace these gloves, it will be with another pair of Wells Lamont, Style 4113.

Great gloves!
I purchased these because I had a HUGE Bouganvellia bush that needed major trimming. The bush has major thorns. One thorn can be a half inch long! I read a review that said it didn't help with thorns, but I decided to try them anyway. I did slip on an inexpense small size pair of gloves before putting these on, then went on with my task. I was careful, for sure, handling the branches I trimmed, but I did not get stabbed once. Recommend!

These are much less sturdy than the old pairs I had
My husband and I bought this brand of gloves with Thinsulate from the Ace hardware store, in order to bring wood into the house and stack it in the hoop by the fireplace and to build fires. Both pairs had worn holes in them, and since he has passed away, I have people come to do the heavy lifting. But I still build my own fires in our very big fireplace. So I needed another pair, didn't have to be "outdoor gloves". I got a small but my fingers are long, so these feel short in the fingers. Also, the are very stiff, and the non-leather part is like cardboard. The leather will protect my hands though so I am keeping them because I don't use them a lot. But I wish I had gone to the hardware store and tried a pair out instead.

Finally! Work gloves that fit my small hands!
They are great all-around work gloves. Great for handling firewood to stack it or carry it in the house for burning, for handling lumber, picking up branches, moving rocks, etc. Love them! In the stores around here, for some reason, all the work gloves are either large or extra large, none of them fit me (5'7" woman with small hands). These fit very well. Big thumbs up!

Decent gloves
They’re perfectly fine gloves but fit really small. I bought medium because I have normal sized hands for a woman. I struggle to get them on. Decent quality.

Working gloves - never thought I would have need of these.
Well, it turned out that removing an above ground swimming pool also means first removing pebbles all around in order to finally cover hole left by the removal with earth - and here came the hardy gloves in all their glory ! Never did I hurt my hands carrying pails of pebbles/spread earth, etc. I am very pleased with these and highly recommend them.
