which one shows up clear image on close up viewing

I just bought these a few months ago. I am an avid bird watcher but getting up in years and didn't like hauling my Leica's out there. Bird Watcher's digest rated these the top high end small binocs. I bought them because they have the widest field of vision of that class which really helps pick up birds. As to clear image, these are incredible. Best binoculars for that I have ever owned.

Do they have lifetime warranty ?

I am not sure but I have had a few Zeiss binoculars fixed over the years - even a 15 year old one- and I have never been charged.
