Meglio pressione sui molari che sugli incisivi
Ottimo. Molto meglio della versione più popolare che usa gli incisivi. E' più sano usare i molari per esercitare forza

Good product but doesn’t last long
I’ve been using them for almost 2 months, I’ve noticed a big difference in my face and neck. They are a very useful tool for helping to bring blood to the front area of your head. I really like to use them on long drives and when I exercise. They are cheaply made, two pieces of silicon glued together, all three got torn along the seam. Also they can get weak where your teeth make contact. All in all I think it’s a good product because of the impact it’s had on helping me to develop my facial muscles. I will buy these again
