Calm energy! Great for ADD
It worked for my ADD, not sure about depressionI was looking for an alternative to my "True Focus" supplement because I had some stomach issues that prevented me from taking any supplements through my digestive system. I was skeptical about this. However, within 45 minutes of taking it, I could feel the difference, my anxiety was gone and I had a sense of control and calmness. My mind was completly clear of the constant chatting (in my head) and I had a CALM energy, just peace! For about 7hrs. I know this might not be for everyone but at least give it a chance. I'm the classic ADD with mild depression. I used to control my issues with prescriptions but I became a nasty person as soon as the drugs wore off. I now control my symptoms with Sam-e and this is my new favorite!The only complain I have is that one of the extra ingredients is Mannitol which is not good for the stomach so sadly I will be trying another sublingual brand.Good luck!

Warning: half the dosage listed!
I received got pills that are half strength! 10mg instead of the advertised 20mg. The packaging looks identical other than then little “10mg” dosage on the front, so I didn’t notice right away. I bought 3 bottles and these are expensive, I’m very unhappy.

Effective for me
I bought this to see if it helped my symptoms of CFS/ME. I have taken it a couple of times, making sure to let the lozenge dissolve under the tongue before swallowing. It has a minty flavor.I definitely feel it has a subtle effect on me, if I could describe it, it would be "clean, sustained, calm energy". It's not like the energy one gets by drinking coffee, but something that feels as if my own body could make...Unfortunately, for the price at more than a buck per lozenge, I'm saving these for my crash days. Not something I'd use daily.

I moved to 20mg and it works great.
I tried this and didn’t find anything different. That may just be because the dose was too low for me. I moved to 20mg and it works great.

doesn't work for me
I have CFS chronic Lyme and have taken this for a week. I have NOT noticed any change in energy levels
