Perfect replacement for my Miseno toilet. But installation requires a contractor.

Good Quality
This seems to be good quality. I like that it is made of ABS plastic and the lid is stiffer than some of the other seats we looked at. It is shiny, fits well and closes nicely.

May need to purchase additional hardware to install
The hardware that came with ours did not work. We have to purchase the correct item for the bolt to screw into. It appears we got a repackaged item that did not came with the appropriate bolts, etc.
