String Swing Slatwall Mount Multi Angle Guitar Hanger For Acoustic Electric and Bass- Add on Hook for SW5RL Racks BCC03RL-3-K

I bought the cheaper brand and am satisfied with them for most of my guitars. However, when it came to my heavier guitars--a couple of Les Pauls and a guitar made out of solid lucite--I just didn't trust them to hold up. String Swing hangers cost substantially more, but I don't doubt their stability in the least.Edit: I've now purchase 3 different brands of hangers. The cheapest ones, I still say are decent. They hold up, but they're a bit of a pain since they're 2 pieces, and sometimes the hangers come off when you remove the guitar from the wall. I will also still say that String Swing seem to be the best structurally. However, I found another brand--not the cheapest but still about a third of the cost of String Swing--that seems to be just about as well constructed.I'm dropping my rating down to 4 stars because, although String Swing may indeed be "the best," there's a huge difference in price and a negligible difference in quality.

These fit the string swing mount perfectly and were simple to add. Works well and looks good.

I’ve used many String Swing products in the past and they never disappoint. These products are solid and made very well. They are sturdy and I never have to worry about them breaking or failing. I love them. I trust them even with my vintage guitars.I had originally used the individual guitar hangers from String Swing (which are also great!) when I had a lot of wall space, but my new apartment doesn’t have as much wall real estate so I considered a wall slat option. At the time, String Swing didn’t have a wall slat available so I went with Diamonf Life’s solution. The slat is good and sturdy, but the hangers were limiting and bulky. You had to use players to bend the hooks in order to properly hang Fender guitars. Thankfully, I found out that a String Swing has finally come out with a wall slat design and I immediately bought the hangers to replace the crappy ones that I had. They actually work nicely with the Diamond Life wall slat and you can lock them into place!These hangers are made out of material that is much safer for nitrocellulose finishes. They are very sleek and small profile, yet strong and sturdy. Most important, the hook part that holds the guitar headstock swivels so hanging Fender guitars or other asymmetrical headstocks isn’t a pain in the ass anymore. What a relief!! I HIGHYL recommend String Swing. In my opinion, they are just as good as the highly priced competitors with a better price point. Can’t go wrong with these!

If you are looking for room for you guitars this is a great setup. I bought an extra arm and are now hanging 6 guitars on the single rack. I love this product.

I love this product. It helped get six guitars off of the floor and onto the wall. It is a well made and good looking guitar rack! I made sure I hung with the proper wall screws and hit the wall stud dead center on three studs for major support of the six axes! The product comes with five hangers, but the added adjustable hanger makes room for six.One word! S W E E T !

I've ordered several other brands of these over the years, and these are the hands-down best. The other brands that have the fatter/softer foam didn't hold many of my guitars well at all. It left many brands of guitars resting on their tuning machines. Not good! I discovered that these particular String Swings were being used on every single guitar inside the Sweetwater Retail Store in Fort Wayne, Indiana; and every single one of those guitars fit in this String Swing perfectly...whether it was a Gibson, Fender, PRS, Danelectro, Ibanez etc. Beyond a perfect fit on every guitar I own (numerous brands - both electric and acoustic), they are incredibly strong, low profile, highly adjustable, and just plain perfect. Well done, String Swing!
