See Thru Hurdy Gurdy Music Box- WHEN YOU WISH UPON A STAR

This is exactly what I thought it was. The only complaint I have is that there is no spring, so that you can wind it up and let it play for a while. If you want it to make noise, you have to keep turning it.

Remember when you were little and you heard your first music box and you loved to play with it over and over again. I wish they would continue to make more music boxes this way instead of relying on batteries. I enjoy slowly or fast turning the hand of a music box and listening to the pretty notes. I recommend this and other music boxes from old to young.

Doesn't work at all

Instead of playing the whole tune, this music box plays just a fragment of the tune. As a result, it sounds so incomplete, probably because I am so used to hearing the whole tune. Given the low price, I probably should not have expected much. However, it would be so nice to be told this by the product description or by something on the product website, instead of just finding it out to my surprise after receiving the music box.

I love music boxes and collect them. Also being a Disney fan, I was drawn to buying this particular product. It's not the first music box I've purchased from this vendor. I also have the Greensleeves music box--which I love. I had to give this three stars out of five because while I have the product, it works great and sounds wonderful, it took five weeks for it to be delivered.

Wonderful used as a stocking stuffer bought about 2 years ago still going strong.

Each one of my grand children have their own song. These music boxes brought smiles and memories to all of us. Charlie Brown is an all time favorite and again brought happiness. All my purchases were perfect. Thank you.
