I took this as soon as I received it and it worked pretty good, did not have to take anything else. I dissolved it in my tongue, which had a strong sour taste, next time I will try it by dissolving in a glass of water. I only had to take it one time that day which I think was great. I gave it four stars for now since I want to wait until I take more to see if it continues to help me, will update at the appropriate time.

I've gone through half of the packets and have noticed absolutely no difference in the pain or inflammation in my arthritic hip. Also it's a little weird that there is caffeine in this product. I often need relief from pain/inflammation towards the end of the day but I don't want to be tossing and turning with 100mg of caffeine in my system.I like the tart taste of these but I wasn't looking for a refreshing beverage unfortunately. This product doesn't work for me at all. I'm disappointed and still on the search for an effective alternative to NSAIDs.

Not sure if this really works - and it tastes like it needs better sweetener. I've been mixing it with a lime-aid water and like it much better that way. Seems adding something to it helps the fake sweetener taste.If you don't mind tasting bland drinks (like Gatorade) then you will probably like this.

2nd batch arrived expired the previous monthRepeat Customer. Effectiveness is spotty.This seemed to work well for a regular headache, but not at all for my other pain.I didn't really like the flavor, but it wasn't unpleasant considering it not meant to be a beverage but a pain relief remedy.Sort of pricey so I didn't try it as I might have for every pain. I found this great powdered pain relief product called Rhelief and tried for my lower back and neck pain. It worked for me and now I love Rhelief. I mix a packet in water (love the cherry flavor) and it works within 30 minutes. I find one packet is all I need for the whole day but if you need more it is safe and effective.
