CambroSet of 3 Square Food Storage Containers with Lids, 4 Quart

I got the set of three 2-quart containers. I like to make up salads for the fridge, and this size is perfect. The seal is good, they stack securely, and I can see what is inside. Nice, sturdy containers.

These are the perfect size for what I wanted to use. The plastic is great quality, is very nice, sturdy and good with heat. This is perfect for what I needed.

I cook a lot at home, and make a lot of stocks, soups and stews at a time which I freeze. These are the best quality by far, and its why you'll see them in professional kitchens. They do cost more than the average stuff you find at the store, but it's worth the money, as they are extremely durable (the crystal clear plastic may get brittle after a long time), and do an excellent job in keeping things sealed tight, whether in the freezer or refrigerator. They clean up well either by hand or in the dishwasher, and don't stain or leave a scent from the previous food.Further, their square shape is great since it makes the most use of the space. They are also stackable. I like the 2 quart size as I find them the most useful for what I do.Update: If freezing liquid, be sure not to fill the containers absolutely up to the top. Leave some room for the liquid to expand, otherwise it can pop the lid off.

I mainly use these for sourdough baking and they allow me to easily see how much the dough has risen, and whether it has a domed top. The top fits well so placing them in the fridge isn't a fraught experience, and they're airtight saving me from using plastic wrap to keep them covered on the counter. I've washed them in the dishwasher (top shelf) and they hold up well.
