IntensityWomen's Low Rise Double Knit Pant

I was in a bind to find some softball pants for my 13 year old daughter. She is 5'5" and weighs 170 lbs. The local sporting goods stores had very limited selections as far as size is concerned. All we could find in the style required were smalls and larges in various brands. All larges that she tried on were consistently a too snug so we figured an extra large would be the perfect fit. I researched various online shops, styles, etc. I finally found the style we were looking for: black, hits just below the knee, XL under $25 delivered. Based on the pictures online, they seemed perfect. It only took a few days to be delivered (we were expecting at least a week). My daughter tried them on and the XL that we ordered was just as snug as the Larges she tried on in the stores. So the size isnt true in my opinion. They were longer than expected, hitting just below the calf. She also said the fabric was terribly uncomfortable/itchy/scratchy, but that she would just deal with it. (She wears spandex under). She hasnt played a game yet so no idea how well they hold up to playing and washing. They weren't exactly what we were hoping for but better than nothing.

Bought these for my daughter in 2018 for softball. She still can wear them. In 2020 she got a hole in the knee and I sewed it up and she has continued to use them.

Perfect color and fit. Unfortunately these do not have belt loops and I didn’t notice until they arrived. Some intensity do, but for some reason the royal ones I ordered do not. Took too long to start a return so I guess my girls will wear them to practice in since they can’t wear them in a game.

I ordered these for my daughter for softball and they are nicely made, fit well, and seem like a good value. They seem a bit more flattering than the average softball pants off the rack. Although I can't imagine any softball pants being very attractive unfortunately, these are better than ones my daughter has had in the past. My daughter is tall and slim to average build. The size I ordered is a little big for her, but I think they are probably true to size.The really excellent thing about these pants---different from what is available in our big box sports store locally---is that these double knit polyester pants have moisture wicking, and are somewhat breathable. This was a real selling factor to me as having her standing in the sun in black polyester pants for hours is not so great! We are looking forward to seeing if these are more comfortable in that regard.

I tried these pants on in a store (or so I thought), and they were a little too tight, but the store did not have the next size up, so I came online. Apparently, the ones in the store were the Intensity II and these are the Intensity 1, so these are the older version. The fit is a little different, but not enough to write home about. I was most disappointed to find that they do not have belt loops like the Intensity II that I had tried on did. These pants are good, but the Intensity II are better. I will be purchasing the other pants to replace these next season, but these are fine for now.

We have 2 pair. First were purchased a couple years ago and have held up through my 16 yr old wearing them for practice AND games. She has other pants but these are the only ones that have ever really fit her correctly. (Usually, pants that fit her butt will be SUPER loose at her waist and are still awkward fitting with belts, since they end up bunched) Still using the first pair and got another, since she now plays for two teams. My daughter is generally a size 8 jeans and wears Medium in these.

My 13-year-old softball player loves this brand of pant. It fits very nicely for a tall and curvy girl (5'8+). These pants are also flattering and are not full length but instead a nice mid-calf or upper calf length. The wear and look great and are very durable. My daughter slides a lot to bases and these pants hold up very well and with multiple washes. We got the light grey which looks nice too. We also have a black pair. The color stays really nice. No belt loops - would be nice addition to dress it up with a belt. But that's okay. It's a nice clean look as is.

Perfect fit for my 13 yr old softball player. She is about 5’1”. The store here only had one pair, so I was glad to find the same pants here!
