Not exactly the same ink as my last order.
Packaging is very good. The ink is slightly different from the last time I ordered. It is definitely a good value though.

Great colors and Outstanding Customer Service
Awesome customer service.I had a failure of my cyan (IC Chip) cartridge after a year of use but with about ⅔ remaining. I contacted the company to request another chip that I could replace myself. The reply was immediate.At first I was disappointed, because in the reply I was told they could not supply just the chip. They instead asked to for a photo of the error message off my printer and a photo of the cartridge ID tag. I was impressed, that later that day, they requested my address so they could send a replacement cartridge. When the replacement arrived, and much to my surprise, they sent an entire set of cartridges!Great colors and outstanding customer service!

Good quality for less than half of the toner, then low quality issue - resolved by customer service
Initially, the ink cartridges worked very well, the color was consistent and print quality in both color and black was very good. Then I started to get random lines and splatter all over the pages. Tried everything as I believed it was a hardware problem. After talking with a printer repair person, I found that many of these "compatible" brands function for a short period of time and then the inconsistency begins. Sure enough, I installed new (and, hopefully higher quality) toner cartridges and the problems were solved. With past problems, customer service responded quickly. This time, it took longer, but customer service committed to resolving the issue and improving my opinion of the company. I revised this review to reflect the service.

Great customer service
I had a total failure of one cartridge after 30 days, bummer. V4Ink responded quickly, I emailed a photo of problem and they were again prompt and sent a generous replacement. I have purchased from them in the past and will do so again.
