Amazing rub for Salmon AND Pork Ribs!
By far the best Salmon rub I have ever used! I also used it on pork ribs once when I had forgotten to take rib rub on a camping trip. It tasted so good that now this is my go to Rib Rub, as well!

The best salmon rub I’ve tried!
Great flavor on salmon! We sometimes add a little more brown sugar and the big size is nice to have …the little cans don’t last long enough. Try it. You’ll love it!

More sweet than savory
My order arrived pretty quick and the quality of the rub was fresh and smelled great! I only knocked off one star because the taste was not what I was expecting. Although super delicious this rub is more on the sweeter side. I ordered it because I thought it would be savory and maybe even spicy but it was totally opposite, but still great! I made it for a family dinner and everyone loved it!

Absolutely fantastic
I used the Salmon Rub on some chicken thighs and cooked them in my new Ninja Woodfire XL grill and it was spectacular! The tastiest chicken thighs I have ever made in 30 minutes with a wonderful smokey, sweet and perfectly seasoned flavor cooked to perfection. I ordered the Pork Rub and am excited to try that next.

If you haven't tried this on salmon, you are missing out!
This is one of my favorite rubs out there, and years ago my sister would bring me back a tub every time she went to Seattle (where it can also be found in Tom Douglass' restaurant – Etta's, I believe).If you like salmon and haven't tried salmon with this rub, you are really missing out. This is absolutely delicious and really elevates the salmon. I am an avid cook and love to try new recipes, but about 2/3 of the time I reach for this rub when I make salmon, because it is so delicious. It makes it have a great sweetness and makes it well spiced/flavored (but not hot/spicy). If you put a good amount all over the salmon and then grill it, it soaks into the salmon and the brown sugar in the rub heats up and creates a bit of a crust on the top of the fish. Even those who might not love salmon, might be pleasantly surprised with this rub.We go through so much of this on salmon, that the small sized tubs weren't lasting long enough. This tub is huge and amazing – it will last so long that I plan to share some with my sister. I was pleasantly surprised at the size when it arrived, as I didn't think it would be quite as large as it is. For the price, if you like the rub, it is well worth buying the big tub over the smaller tubs...FYI, over time, after a year or so, the rub seems to cake up a bit, but it doesn't affect the rub at all and when you put it on the salmon and rub it between your fingers, the cakes easily break apart.
