Of course! That's what the term "forever" means - BUT - do you really want to do that? These stamp are extremely collectible! The booklet you have is the VERY FIRST appearance of Forever US stamps. I sell them on Amazon for quit a bit because collectors want them for their collections. Think about that before you destroy their value - go to your post office and buy .49 First Class stamps, which will cost you much less ($9.80) than the value of the booklet you hold in your hands (at least $15-$20 to buy new on Amazon). Hello, these are the very first Forever stamps ever issued by USPS and are sought after by collectors. This particular postage stamp variety has not been available from the post office since 2009. They are still valid for postage as "Forever Stamps" but are also perfect for a stamp collection.

Q: Why do these cost more than buying at the post office?

Most post offices do not have these stamps.Customers purchase on Amazon, which charge a fee to sell and then we have to pay postage to ship them to the customer and we do charge a very small profit for our service.
