Large; damaged shade and no tilt function
The product came with a tear on one panel edge and on enquiry I was told there was no replacement. The parasol is large and and easy to open and close. But it has no tilt function.

Doesn't come with a base, and I'm unable to return it!
The listing is misleading, this is not a functional umbrella as it doesn't have a base and I cant buy the base separately! the yatai store says that I have to buy the base separately but I cant find it anywhere, they say I can return it but I am unable to. Its really annoying
