No its not shock proof if u want to test put ur hand inside and test
It does not last long with in 3months it got spoiled and then there is no near by service .. warrenty cannot be claimed as there will not be near by service of that company

Good one at its best price
The water heating rod works well as expected along with shock resistance. We can observe heating starts within seconds after switching on. Only con is the cord gets warm within 15 mins of use and have to be careful with overheating of wire when used for longer time. Apart from this, everything is fine.

Worst packing
The media could not be loaded. heater plug was inserted in between the rods which was not able to remove...1st I ordered same product due to damage of wire layr coat...i ordered for exchange..in exchanged product ..plug was inserted like this.....#WORST PACKING I HAD EVER SEEN..
