These were old. Seemed like they had been in a hot warehouse for a year. If you’ve ever left sour patch in the hot car you know what I’m talking about. The outer sour layer melts into the sweet layer so they are no longer “sour, sweet, gone”

Not sour at all
This batch of candy had basically none of the coating that makes them sour. I'm posting a side by side of one of the gummies from this package (the very blue one on the right) and one of the gummies from a different package (the one with a sour coating on the left), directly from Sour Patch Kids. You can see that one gummy is covered in the sour coating and one has basically none. This wasn't a case of "Oh the coating on one or two didn't stick." Literally every gummy in the package was this way. Obviously the one I got through Amazon was a bad batch. Very disappointed.
