This product is not worth the money and it took too long to get the results. After you submit everything in the app your info just disappears which in turn, made me think something malfunctioned. Not worth the money.

Although we were instructed that this form of self testing was the only one excepted we found out later, that it wasn’t!Not the manufactures fault!Luckily we found a place in Idaho where we were tested! Not an easy find by the way!!

I registered my kit on 11/29/2022 and fed-exed my completed test an hour later. See registration screen above. I needed this test for my return to work after COVID-like symptoms, but I never received the email with the link to my test results.Multiple emails to their Customer Service department have not been returned. This was a complete and utter waste of my time.I need a refund.

You have to ship it with the enclosed shipping label, but you can use UPS's website to schedule a pickup at your house, which is important if you live alone and are too sick to drive.

When I try to register my new kit online at the website they give it blocks you from completing it. When I call the phone # I get a recording saying I need to have a doctor's referral to take this covid test. Not sure how you put that in or where you get it so this kit is USELESS. A waste of $100. There was no mention of this that I saw when I bought it on Amazon. It was advertised as a HOME TEST KIT and no mention of needing a "doctor" being involved in it. Amazon needs to take this product down until/unless they solve this problem.

I followed all the instructions and sent the test in. Never got an e-mail so I could check the result. E-mailed them to ask for them to give me the results , the link to get them or something, anything to get what I paid for. NOTHING.

The product was delivered to me on the 14th. Now I was expecting to get my results immediately. But then noticed that won't happen since I live in Cali and the lab is in ALABAMA. So yeah please listen to the others that this product is a no go because it's the 18th and still no results ....

Bought test because tests were impossible to find in our area. Took test on a Thursday morning, shipped out at noon. Lab received test Friday. It’s Monday mid-day, and results have said “processing” since Friday mid-day. Don’t waste your money!!
