I don't often write a review, but this deserves a good one.Miles better than the machine it replaced. It is very easy to read with large bright numerals.Highly recommended.

I bought them for the colour and look that suited my new white and grey bathroom. ( They look nice) Easy to use, nice big and bright display. They have been very accurate so far but only used them about 8 times. I know they can be easily broken if the corner hits a hard surface like a sink pedestal etc Just be careful. Probably better for a home with no young kids or kept out of the way until needed.

I love this brand. Etekcity is a quality brand. This is my second weighing scales from this brand. The previous one was glass with silver on each side. It still works perfectly, however I dropped perfume oil on the scales the floor which leaked onto it and the silver and it ran so looked not so good. This new one is even better. The same accuracy however it's lighter in weight and actually easier to see because of the way the number are set up. For the price it's really a fantastic price. I've had expensive scales and this one is far superior.

I attend slimming world and after nine weeks I decided instead of wondering each week what the weekly weigh in would say, perhaps I could monitor my weight a bit more now at home in between. As far as I can tell, it gives an extremely similar reading to the proper slimming world scales. Consistent also. This is a review for the Etekcity High Precision Scales (Grey and cream, with blue display).I bought these after viewing many, and deciding that I did not need 'smart' scales. I also bought them with some trepidation, given the number of mixed reviews and worrying images of exploding and fragmented scales. I also bought with a sense of resigned sadness, as it appears to be impossible to buy other than Chinese at a reasonable price, and the ethical production of such scales is not guaranteed.A key consideration when making the purchase was dimension of the footplate ( I have size 11 feet). At 30cm x 30cm,these fit my feet with room to spare and no overhang. This gives me joy, and reassures me that my readings are more likely to be accurate.The glass surface has been perfectly robust to date, and is easy to keep clean and sanitised.The display is very easy to read, and it is easy to switch between kg/st readings if you desire. The reading is white on a blue background. It turns on when tapped by a foot, and is easy to recalibrate by a quick step on/off.The accuracy appears to be good. On a flat laminated floor I have been experiencing no glaring in accuracies, and on the great (probs. 99%) majority of occasions the readings that I have got have been rock solid and in line with the hospital readings.Batteries and a small tape measure are also supplied.In sum, if you want a good looking set of scales to help track your weight, then these are well worthy of your consideration. I am happy with them.
