Don't let the small size fool you, this thing can take a beating. It's still made of canvas, after all. I filled mine with rice and hang it on nails in my wall and it's worked great. No problems with it so far. Easily worth the price!

Way cheaper than investing in a punching bag and gloves. You need to fill it. I used leftover paper bedding from when my son had a rabbit although holes are small so messy to fill. Also got chains , caribiners, etc.. to hang from cellar rafters against wall. Good for getting your aggressions out!

Attractive and easy to fill. Easy to hang. I used eye bolts. The leather pads don't tear up my fistI am happy with the purchase and would buy again if I ever needed another one

This punching canvas wall bag is the best!! It is very well made and my 11 year old son uses it everyday for getting out his energy. It is getting much more use than his Everlast punching bag. We have it on the hallway door frame on the way to his bedroom. Perfect spot and this is perfect for boys!!

These are absolutely fantastic. I have them filled with playground sand. I am a practitioner and instructor of Xingyiquan and this has become my favorite striking pad by far. I prefer it to my Bob full torso punching bag as the response of the duck and leather surface filled with sand is phenomenal for conditioning. The addition of faux leather to the face means I can strike these with bare fists / palms no problem. The construction, flap and zipper in the rear and anchoring of the D rings is all excellent. Highly recommended.

One of the best training purchases I've ever made for Wing Chun. I've filled each tier with a different substance for different resistances (aquarium gravel, rice, pinto beans). I've had a few fellow students over and everyone's agreed the bag is well-made, and the synthetic leather isn't abrasive and allows for plenty of drill time without unnecessary discomfort.

I work from home and hung this on my wall inside a door frame. I train chain punches on conference calls. The quality is exemplary....it makes me happy every time I see it. I think every martial artist needs on of these. My favorite training tool...I filled it with pinto beans and I love it.
