works as expected, 3 fan speeds, and large filter
The sticker on top that tells the user to take off the plastic is a good notice because otherwise I wouldn't have thought to check the filter. Most people don't read through the manual to check since the air filter should be pretty easy to operate. I tried all the timer functions for auto shut off and they worked well and turned off after 1/4/8 hours like they're programmed to. The unit is not that loud on the lowest setting but at the highest setting you can tell it is on but it just sounds like a big fan so it is not too bad, especially in a big room. The fan on it is really powerful and you can really feel the suction from the input of the unit.I've dealt with allergies forever and every day I wake up to a car covered in pollen. I have a dog too so that adds pet dander in the air. My kids also have a lot of issues with allergies and after using the filter I've noticed a reduction in how much they sneeze and rub their eyes. It didn't completely eliminate it but even a reduction is great. The unit is light enough I can move it from the living room to their bedroom at night. The night mode runs at the fan at the lowest setting and shuts off the lights so you can't tell it is on. The plastic feels kind of thin so it doesn’t feel as solid but it shouldn't be a problem since it shouldn't get knocked over. I've used it consistently all day on the lowest setting for a week now and I get ~1.55 kwh/day of power consumption so that isn't too bad. Overall this is a good unit and I can tell it is helping since my allergies indoors are a lot better than before. I'll have to see how long the filter lasts and how much they cost to replace.

Simple, quiet, effective air purifier.
I purchased this product to manage odors in the kitchen/living room, and this air purifier handled those tasks very well. The unit quickly cycles air on its max fan speed, and is whisper quiet on its lowest speed. I like that the Accumed Air Filter blows air *up*, as opposed to across the room. I have enough stationary fans in my rooms blowing air in all sorts of directions, so it's nice to add an air filter that doesn't create a cyclone in my living room. The filter has a built in odor absorbing layer, which is a honeycomb grid with loose activated charcoal. I was a bit upset that the odor absorbing layer was built *into* the hepa filter, meaning that if you wanted to replace the odor control element, you'd have to replace the entire filter. However, it looks like the little screen on top of that honeycomb grid does a really good job at catching cat hair and large chunks of dust, which would be the main reason I'd need to change a carbon/dust filter anyway. The back piece is a little annoying to open and close, but you're probably not going to be opening the back piece too often anyway. You're supposed to pull from the bottom of the back of the unit.Pros:Lightweight.Doesn't look like a space ship.Large filter surface area.Very quiet sleep mode operation.Quick air circulation.Odor absorbing carbon built in.Cons:Odor absorbing layer glued to the hepa filter.Would need to purchase an off brand H-13 filter if you don't want odor absorbing.Annoying back panel for filter changes.Overall, this is a really solid unit with enough features to make it useful without making it look and act like a space ship.

Great Air Purifier!
I think the AccuMed A310W Air Purifier is a great device to purify the air in my residence. It seems to be just about the right size to be effective, without being too large and taking up too much space. When unwrapping the filter, I looked at the design, and the filter seems legit. It's large, and I understand it has 3 stages to effectively purify the air. There's a pull tab for easy removal when it's time to replace the filter, and that also shows you which side faces out. The Filter Cover was easy to get off and put back on, and I like that there's a grab handle there on the back for moving the unit around. The Controls allow for a good amount of adjustability. There are Buttons for On/Off, Fan Speeds: High, Medium, Low (and Sleep, which is Low with all the lights off), Timers: 1, 4, and 8 Hour Durations, and an Indicator for Filter Replacement (which is supposed to be around every 6 months). In terms of Product Feedback, I'd like to have a Remote Control, since it would be nice to control the unit that way.Other than that though, the A310W Air Purifier is great, and I feel like I've noticed an improvement in the air quality in my residence since I've had it operational. Sometimes it seems like I can have allergies acting up with sneezing, etc., but I haven't noticed any of that since I've had the A310W going. I've been running it 24/7 on the Low Speed, and it's quiet, but still filters well in my space. So based on all these points, I can definitely recommend the AccuMed A310W Air Purifier!

Simple, quiet, effective
The media could not be loaded. Likes:- It’s a simple, all white design. Similar size to my Coway.- The filter is one piece and was easy to install. Even though there was no manual, I just popped off the back panel, unwrapped the filter, and put the filter pack back in.- It’s easy to use. There are only two buttons to start using it - the on/off button and the fan speed button.- Nice touch buttons are easy for me (and my toddler) to use.- Sleep mode and timer functions are useful when you want to use the air purifier at night and/or you want to automatically turn the unit off after 1, 4, or 8 hours.Dislikes:- There is no manual and I can’t tell how to use the filter button. Does it come on when you need to replace it or do you press the button for some reason?- There are no sensors at all to detect air quality. Unlike other brands with sensors, this air purifier will not automatically adjust the fan speed based on the air quality in the environment. See image of my Coway and its air quality sensor.- Finding replace filter units was challenging at first, but I think they have them now. A manual telling you when to replace or how to use the filter button would help.
