Bought this in 2011 and my better half uses it periodically to reduce unbearable pain. He says it reaches deep into the tissue to help with the pain. Still working 15 years later. I have purchased a lot of different things for him for pain over the years and so for him to still be using it 15 years later say something good about the product.

The heating pad works very well and very pleased with the purchase. However, after just three months use the external cable housing has separated from the pad exposing the electric cables.

Worked great for my knee rehab but seems very expensive for the quality. I'm not sure how long the on/off switch will last. The switch feels very low quality.

Bought this for my husband and it didn't work at all like we expected. It hardly got warm at all. Definitely better off using a regular heat pad. Also, this item is non-refundable. This was a very expensive lesson learned!

My earlier review appears below. After nearly four months of use (and experience with a drugstore heating pad) I'm ready to recommend this pad with 5 stars. Combined with stem cell treatments, pt, and supplements, it has done wonders for my knees. So I'm leaving the earlier review for comparison, but I am ultimately very happy with the purchase. It works fine, but it doesn't cover as much area as I'd like. Also, I'm fairly sure I would have been just as happy with a drugstore heating pad that cost much less. Nevertheless, it works, and the company's customer service is stellar.

This barely heats up and is very clunky to wear. Just lays on the top and doesn’t conform to the knee. It has only an on/off button and no temperature control. I didn’t realize that it couldn’t be returned. Very disappointed in this item.

My doctor recommended this for after stem cell injection to my right knee. I use it on low for 20-30 minutes once or twice a day on average. I recently also did something to make my knee a little mad on the inside of my right knee and I think it made it better. It is suppose to increase circulation and help healing. I also called the manufacturer, and the service person was nice to explain how it works. (when I first got it)

Seems to be making a real difference in my knee pain. I'm only 32 but had microfracture surgery to repair damaged cartilage last winter which was not overly successful. This pad seems to help. Ive been using it for over a week twice a day and the stiffness in my knee seems to be subsiding. I suppose I should wait a whole year before reiviewing to say for sure....
