If you have a set up of a large screen monitor (with a built-in camera) or a separate camera attached to your monitor, this does not give you enough coverage. You will see a round background (where the green screen covers) and the rest of whatever is behind you will still show. Also, it keeps falling backward on my chair!Most importantly, I am extremely disappointed with the return process. I buy so much from Amazon (including some independent sellers); but so far I am having the worst return experience I've had in years!

Works well - no fuss or bother with set up, just pops up and hoods onto back of a desk chair (or kitchen chair). Absolutely perfect in these working from home times. Even if I don’t use a virtual background image (I’ve tried many of varying quality and they all work perfectly with this screen) , my background just appears white (and hides any mess/activity going on behind me). Also kind of ‘surrounds’ me and gives me my own private office space. Arrived next day too - as did the additional one I purchased for my son as soon as I received this one. Great improvement for him too when doing his school work as there are no distractions. Plus when chatting online/gaming with his friends, they don’t have to witness mum picking up the dirty washing!

I couldn't figure why my virtual background didn't seem to work, and I asked for refund. Then I sent email to webaround and actually got call back from the owner. She couldn't understand why it didn't work, and offered full refund without sending because I'm in Canada! amazing service!! Then after a few emails from her support Team (very awesome service from them) we figured out it was one simple setting in my Zoom account and boom it worked perfectly! Cannot recommend this product and company highly enough! Would give them 12/10 stars if I could

great for streaming

For Zoom virtual background, this product doesn't work even after selecting "use green screen". Also the round width left a lot of spaces in between that cannot be covered by the green screen. Worst, the shipping is way too exorbitant 45% of the cost of the item, hence it is deceiving because the item appears cheap, but the shipping together is $91+ I am returning now at cost of $65 but looks like my shipping won't be refunded!
