Really works!
Yes the plastic is cheap, and yes the picture is not perfect, but this little gadget is such a boon for watching movies! The picture quality is sharp and clear especially in darkened rooms. The screen is large and it is easy to fold and unfold and to store. Not recommended for rambunctious children who would probably break it after one use.

Misleading product dimensions
Four stars because this is not a 16inch screen. At its widest ( diagonal ) measurement it is only 13 & 1/2 inches. Having said that the magnifying screen works fine and does what it claims. I just think that the manufacturer needs to correct their advertising as far as the correct dimensions are concerned.

Don't waste your money
Piece of crap, its was more like a flimsy type of magnifier, making the videos blurry. Very disappointing.

Big to sit on your lap
Not easy to sit with and end up not using after awhile. Little cumbersome. But the idea is there to help at home phone use

Like having a mini t v for your phone
I thought this for a senior friend who is not very tech-savvy, Whatsoever. He loves to watch movies on his phone. But doesn't. Know how to cast the movie to his tv. Again not tech-savvy at all. So this gadget was the perfect solution to him being able to watch his movie on a bigger screen without having to use any technology, whatsoever. And he absolutely loves it. One thing I would do would be to make it reversible from landscape to portrait if necessary. So he can also use the gadget to scroll through his phone as he's so often likes to do. Just a thought for an upgrade for this product. A wonderful gift idea at a very reasonable price.

Didn't really work. Everything has to be lined up including the person and even after that you don't get a good look nor a bigger view.

Worst and harmful to eyes
If you want big screen, buy a TV or Projector. It magnifies the picture, but it is not upto the expectation. Worst view and harmful to eyes.
